What to include
- Your name and the mobile number on your account.
- The order number, if it is about an order.
- What happened, and what you would like us to do.
Our timelines
- We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
- We resolve it within one month of receiving it, and tell you what we decided and why.
If you are not satisfied
For orders, you can approach the consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in). For personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once you have written to us.
